Mimi Feliciano, founder and chief executive officer of FEM Real Estate, will be inducted into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame on April 7 at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.
NEW BRUNSWICK -- Mimi Feliciano, founder and chief executive officer of FEM Real Estate, will be inducted into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame on April 7 at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.
Feliciano will be recognized with this lifetime achievement award for "being an influential and outstanding business leader through her years of dedication and success in the real estate industry."
Her Montville-based company develops, owns and manages commercial real estate nationwide. She is currently working on a redevelopment project in Long Branch that will feature 47 luxury beachfront condominiums.
There will be a cocktail reception and auction at 5:30 p.m. followed by the awards presentation and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
