WOODBRIDGE -- A New Brunswick woman was killed in a car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike Sunday afternoon, police said.
Jacquelin Sanchez, 21, was driving a 2003 Toyota Camry south on the Turnpike through Woodbridge when she collided with the rear of a tractor trailer disabled in the right hand lane. She was pronounced dead at the scene, said State Trooper Lawrence Peele.
It was not clear why the tractor trailer was disabled in that lane, near mile marker 91.7, Peele said. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
