Volunteers feel Ziggy and Stardust are ready for domestic life.
WOODBRIDGE -- Ziggy and Stardust are 6-month-old sister cats in the care of Holisticat Rescue.
They were recovered as part of a trap-neuter-release program at 3 months old; volunteers feel they are best suited to domestic life and should stay together.
Both get along with dogs and would ideally be in a home with another cat but without small children.
Both have been spayed, are FIV/FeLV negative and are up-to-date on shots.
For more information on Ziggy and Stardust, email holisticatrnr@yahoo.com or go to holisticatrescueandrehab.weebly.com. The nonprofit group provides foster homes for stray cats and advocates trap-neuter-release programs and is currently caring for more than 33 cats and kittens.
Shelters interested in placing a pet in the Paw Print adoption column or submitting news should call 973-836-4922 or email middlesex@starledger.com.
