The Middlesex County Guidance Council presents its annual awards.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY -- On April 14, the Middlesex County Guidance Council presented Middlesex County high school students with its 2016 Caring Awards during at a dinner held at Middlesex County College.
Each year the council presents the award to one student from every high school in the county for outstanding volunteer community service.
