One teen remains at large.
BRIDGEWATER -- Police are searching for one of two township teens who allegedly took part in carjacking a man at gunpoint in a corporate parking deck.
Cody Masiello, 18, and a 17-year juvenile reportedly approached a man while he sat in his Toyota Corolla on July 18, said Acting Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson in a news release Monday.
Authorities are currently searching for Masiello. Both teens have been charged with first-degree carjacking.
The juvenile allegedly knocked on the driver's door window, pointed a black handgun at the victim and demanded he get out of his vehicle. The pair then entered the vehicle and sped off, according to the release.
Seaside Heights police located the vehicle on July 23, allegedly finding the juvenile, Masiello and two other men inside. The juvenile and Masiello matched the description given by the carjacking victim, it was stated in the release.
