Newton takes treats gently and is very well behaved on a leash.
SAYREVILLE -- Newton is a 21/2-year-old blue nose pit bull terrier mix in the care of Sammy's Hope.
Shelter volunteers say he wants nothing more than "to play and cuddle with humans and go for walks."
Newton takes treats gently and is very well behaved on a leash.
Newton would fit into most any home where owners are comfortable with large dogs; he has been neutered and is up-to-date on shots.
