EDISON -- Frankenstein memorabilia will be on display at the North Edison Public Library through October.

To mark the 200th anniversary of the writing of the original "Frankenstein" story by Mary Shelley in 1816, collector Ron MacCloskey has provided the library with items from his extensive collection for the exhibit.

In addition, MacCloskey, who has been an avid collector of all things Frankenstein since age 7, will present a seminar on Oct. 27 at the Clara Barton Library starting at 6:30 pm.

The display is free and open for public viewing during regular library hours at 777 Grove Ave. in Edison. For more information including library hours, go to lmxac.org or call 732-548-3045.
