She was rescued from a parking lot during a downpour. Volunteers describe him as a "very talkative cat that loves to play."
Raine is best suited to a home where he would be the only cat; he is FIV/FeLV negative, neutered and up-to-date on shots.
His adoption fee has been sponsored by a contributor, so there will be no charge for a qualified adopter.
