PERTH AMBOY - The New York City Police Department's dive team has joined the search to find the body of a person believed to have jumped from the Victory Bridge, Perth Amboy officials said.
The Raritan River search, currently in its fifth day, started around 5 p.m. Thursday.
State Police assisted Perth Amboy police Friday morning when the search resumed in the water under the Route 35 bridge.
No further details were available Monday morning.
