The Old Bridge resident wasn't seriously injured
OLD BRIDGE -- A large tree fell on top of a woman's car as she cleared snow off it on Tuesday and trapped her until rescuers could arrive, according to a report.
The tree snapped and crashed onto the roof of the SUV, pinning the woman, CBS-2 said.
Neighbors tried to pull the tree off her until the fire department arrived to rescue the woman on Bramble Lane.
Her husband told the television station she suffered only minor injuries, the report said.
A spokesman for the Old Bridge police didn't immediately return a message seeking additional information.
