EDISON -- At least two people suffered minor injuries after a three-vehicle crash on the New Jersey Turnpike Saturday afternoon, authorities said.
Troopers responded to reports of the wreck on the highway's southbound truck lanes around 4:20 p.m., according to Sgt. First Class Gregory Williams, a State Police spokesman. One of the three vehicles involved in the crash fled the scene.
State Police said two people were taken to area hospitals. An investigation was ongoing.
