OLD BRIDGE -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing local man with a long psychiatric history who went missing earlier this week.
Faras Khan, 27, was last heard from on Monday when he was dropped off Power House Gym in Old Bridge, police said.
Authorities pinged Khan's phone on Tuesday and the result showed he was at the Empire State Building, but police say there's been not cell phone activity since.
Khan is diagnosed bi-polar and is currently without his medication, according to the release.
Khan was described as a 5-foot-10 man at about 190 to 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in gray running pants and a gray shirt.
