SOUTH BRUNSWICK -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding an autistic teen who went missing Tuesday afternoon in town.

More than a dozen officers are searching the neighborhood, waterways and woods on the border of South Brunswick and Princeton near Route 1 and Promenade Boulevard, South Brunswick Capt. James Ryan said.

Police ask anyone who has seen the 19-year-old, who is non-verbal, to call 911.  He was last seen in the Rocky Hill area of town wearing a maroon and orange shirt, gray shorts and no shoes.

State Police are using a helicopter to assist with the search.
