Boggs was one of only two of the 12 current and former Rutgers students arrested in September in two separate investigations -- the home invasions and an assault on Delafield Street -- still in the county jail. The one left, Tejay Johnson, is the charged in both the home invasions and the assault.
Boggs' bail was $300,000. He lives with his family in Pennsylvania.
