A South River man is charged with burglary after South River police said they found evidence from a burglary Wednesday night in his home.
SOUTH RIVER -- A South River man is in the Middlesex County jail, charged with burglary after South River police said they found evidence from a burglary Wednesday night in his home.
Police said a burglary was reported at a residence on Burton Avenue at 9:09 p.m. Wednesday night. Officers determined that various electronics were taken.
South River police detectives conducted an investigation which police said led them to a residence on a Seppi Avenue which, when searched, turned up the property stolen from the Burton Avenue home along with a loaded revolver.

Police said Allen Bradley, 37, who lived at the house, was arrested and charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, forgery and other weapons charges. Bradley was then transported to the county jail in lieu of $60,000 bail.
With assistance of the East Brunswick and Sayreville police departments, items stolen from reported burglaries in their jurisdictions were recovered and later returned to their rightful owners, police said.
