The Rutgers Center for Digital Filmmaking at the Mason Gross School of the Arts will begin its first Visiting Filmmaking Series Jan. 28 with "Amadeus."
NEW BRUNSWICK -- The Rutgers Center for Digital Filmmaking at the Mason Gross School of the Arts will begin its first Visiting Filmmaking Series Jan. 28 with "Amadeus."
The series brings a variety of international filmmakers who will screen their works and engage in question-and-answer sessions with audience members. All screenings are free and open to the public.
The current lineup is as follows:
- "Amadeus," with Tom Hulce, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. Rutgers Cinema, 105 Joyce Kilmer Ave., Livingston Campus.
- J.P. Sniadecki's "The Iron Ministry," March 3 at 6 p.m. Bloustein Auditorium, Civic Square Building, 33 Livingston Ave., College Avenue Campus.
- Daniel Hui's "Snakeskin," March 10 at 6 p.m. Rutgers Cinema, 105 Joyce Kilmer Ave. Livingston Campus.
- Guy Maddin's "The Forbidden Room," April 1 at 6 p.m. Van Dyck Hall 211, College Avenue Campus.
- Athina Rachel Tsangari's "Attenberg," April 7 at 6 p.m. Location TBD.
- Philippe Grandrieux's "Un Lac," April 14 at 6 p.m. Rutgers Cinema, 105 Joyce Kilmer Ave., Livingston Campus.
- Lav Diaz's "Storm Children, Book One," April 21 at 6 p.m. Rutgers Cinema, 105 Joyce Kilmer Ave., Livingston Campus.
