METUCHEN -- We're not exactly filing this in the exclusive breaking news report category, but holy moly it is cold out.
And New Jerseyans are taking note on social media on Valentine's Day. Steam rising from the ocean, experiments in which water is thrown into the air to disappear into a vapor, and general bafflement at the sub-zero temperatures are all over Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
