Victim was allegedly picked up at her home and bound with restraints before assault
A 37-year-old New Jersey man has been arrested after allegedly raping a missing 14-year-old Pennsylvania girl at a hotel, according to a report.
Michael R. Janeski of Edison picked up the girl near her York, Pa., home on Saturday and drove her to a nearby hotel, YorkDispatch.com said.
Janeski then used restraints to bind the victim before sexually assaulting her, authorities told the website.
He faces a slew of charges including statutory sexual assault and three counts of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years old.
Janeski was taken into custody at the hotel. He was released from York County Prison $150,000 bail, YorkDispatch.com said.
