The NJSIAA officially released the football classifications for 2016 Friday morning.
While the NJSIAA stuck with the same three-group format for non-public competition, one of the biggest changes will affect St. Joseph (Mont.) and Delbarton.
Delbarton — a school that is challenging its inclusion in the North Jersey Super Football Conference — was bumped up to Group 4 where it will compete against the same powerhouse programs it already refuses to play.
St. Joe's, meanwhile, will be back in Group 3 after a one-year stint in Group 4. Last season, the Green Knights went 8-4 and lost to Don Bosco Prep in the Group 4 final.
NJ.com will have more news and reactions to the new classifications later today, examining some of the changes from last season.
You can view and sort the classifications below by searching for a school, section or by clicking on a column head.
