WOODBRIDGE -- The Woodbridge High School Interact Club members wrapped up a nearly monthlong food drive by presenting food baskets to "We Feed" Woodbridge just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The club began collecting nonperishable food in early October; with help from WHS clubs, sports teams, teachers and students, they collected enough food to fill 34 fully-stocked Thanksgiving "Turkey & Food Baskets," which were given to WHS families in need and "We Feed" Woodbridge, which supplies Woodbridge Township's 11 food pantries.

The club's next endeavor is collecting toys for the David's Touch Foundation and pet supplies for the Woodbridge Animal Shelter. Those interested in making a donation can email alyssa.moody@woodbridge.k12.nj.us.
