At least one man remains at large in an Old Bridge bank robbery on Wednesday.
OLD BRIDGE -- Authorities are looking for at least one suspect in a bank robbery Wednesday afternoon in the Laurence Harbor-section of the township.
An unidentified man walked into the Amboy Bank on Shoreland Circle at around 12:30 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money, according to Capt. Steven Daroci, of the Old Bridge Police Department.
The man then fled on foot with an unknown amount of money, police said.
Officials were unable to say at this time whether the man was armed due to limited details in the police incident report.
An employee at the Amboy Bank declined to comment on the incident.
The robbery remains under investigation. Daroci said police are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the bank.
A description of the man was limited at this time.
