A Woodbridge man was issued a summons for careless driving in connection with a three-car wreck on the New Jersey Turnpike that left two men dead earlier this month, according to the New Jersey State Police.
Nishank Shaw, 24, "failed to observe stopped traffic" ahead of him, said Sgt. Jeffrey Flynn.
Rob Critelli, 21, of Summit, and Christopher Calderone, 20, of Brick, died in the Nov. 9 crash.
Since the incident involved fatalities, Woolwich municipal court has referred the case to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office for review, a court official said.
Unless new information comes to light or the prosecutor decides that further action is warranted, no other charges are expected.
"At this time, there will not be criminal charges," Flynn said Monday.
Shaw was traveling southbound near mile marker 12.6 in Woolwich Township when his Toyota Avalon struck one of two cars stopped in the left lane.

The left lane was closed in the area at the time of the crash. Highway signs alerted drivers to the closure, police noted.
Shaw's vehicle struck a Volkswagen Passat driven by Paul Fiorentino, 21, of Point Pleasant. The Passat then struck a Toyota Sienna driven by Igor Lougovtsov, 46, of Yarmouth, Maine.
The impact pushed the Passat into a concrete barrier. That vehicle burst into flames, police said, killing passengers Critelli and Calderone.
Calderone was a member of a rock band called Fated Endeavor with Fiorentino. The group formed in March of this year and their debut album, Chasing Sunlight, was released over the summer.
