NEW BRUNSWICK -- A Rutgers student and Hillside native who went missing Saturday has been found safe, Hillside police said today.
Brianna A. Thomas, 20, was discovered in Orange on Monday at about 9 p.m., according to police.
Hillside police said there did not appear to be foul play or criminality involved in her disappearance.
Thomas was brought to University Hospital in Newark for evaluation, police said.
Authorities had been looking for Thomas, who was last seen Saturday evening in a dorm room at the Rutgers New Brunswick campus, where she was studying with a friend.
Thomas's black 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix was found Sunday on Highland Avenue, near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue in Orange, Hillside police said.
