PRINCETON -- Police arrested a 27-year-old South Brunswick man twice in three days, the latest Friday for hopping into a running taxi and driving away.
Officers arrested Anthony Greco in West Windsor Friday morning on Nassau Park Boulevard, not long after he allegedly stole a taxi, police said.
Greco jumped behind the wheel of the running vehicle at Nassau and Witherspoon streets at 10 a.m., police said.
He was charged with burglary and auto theft, and later released on his own recognizance.
On Wednesday, police pulled Greco over on Birch Avenue at about 9:10 a.m. and and charged him with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. Police say Greco was under the influence of the drug.

Greco was released on his own recognizance after that arrest too.
In June, Greco turned himself in to Princeton police for allegedly stealing a coffee maker from a store after seeing his picture in local news publications.
